Fern Freeman

Before founding Search With Purpose in 2019, Fern spent a total of eight years at two of the UK’s leading executive search firms. She brings five years’ experience at industry-leading global search firm Spencer Stuart, where she worked with some of the world’s best known companies placing executives into board level roles. As a core member of Spencer Stuart’s London Consumer team she worked on leadership roles across all functions and as a part of the Corporate Affairs team she placed Corporate Affairs Directors and their direct reports both in the UK and internationally. Previously at executive search boutique Blackwood Group she worked with numerous private equity firms to build the leadership teams of their portfolio companies.
